Soon it will be our turn to say "goodbye" to the adventures of Desir and friends.

Here we have the promotional banner of Volume 8, the last one, of the Light Novel (chapters 270 to 314).

I will begin by presenting and commenting on the cover of it.

As a curiosity (or coincidence?), we note that this volume was published on December 1, 2019, almost exactly one year ago.

The cover shows us Desir and Adjest, with their respective weapons: The Center of Ice sword, a Tier-S artifact, and the Staff (until now it was not mentioned that it had any particular name), which is surely also a Tier-A artifact, if not "S". In addition, Adjest is in her "transformed" form, with silver hair instead of blond, as a consequence of casting his "Empress of Ice" spell.

Something that calls my attention is the background, that is, what is behind Desir and Adjest. A wall with very particular designs and stones. 

The reason why it calls my attention is because it is the same design that appears in Chapter 0 (in spanish) of the novel, at the origin of this whole story. I wonder if it is related in any way to the Labyrinth of Shadows...

I guess I can't say much more about the cover, so let's go directly to what we are most interested in, what the banner of this story brings us...
